Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of bylin (the “Service”), available at bylin.app, operated by Tov AI Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

bylin is a software-as-a-service product that turns source material — documents, articles, and notes — into on-brand social posts in the user’s own voice, scores them, and posts approved drafts to third-party platforms such as X (Twitter) on the user’s behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of all content you submit, generate, or approve through the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide and improve the Service, which may include using your content to develop or train our own models. Your content is also processed by third-party AI providers (see our Privacy Policy); we do not control whether those providers use it to train their models.

Drafts produced by the Service are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or unoriginal. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before approval and for ensuring it complies with the policies of any platform you publish to.

Paid plans are billed through Polar, our Merchant of Record. Plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

We do not offer automatic refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, email us at legal@bylin.app and we will arrange a call to discuss your situation. Any refund is granted at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to generate or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or that violates the terms of any platform on which it is published.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will be accurate or original.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service.
